What is a seed ball?
Each ball contains a mix of 30 UK-grown pollinator-friendly wildflower seeds for growing in garden beds, balcony pots or window boxes. Because the seeds are encased in a protective ball of clay, they are inaccessible to predators. Once sufficient water permeates the clay, the seed inside will begin to germinate. The chilli powder continues to deter slugs and snails while the seed ball slowly degrades and the seeds sprout.
To use simply scatter on top of soil or compost and water well - no digging required!
